Introduction
A journey of changing temperatures
The official site describes the concept as a journey that frees you from everyday life.
You move between saunas at different temperatures and humidity, changing how you sit and lie. Because the 4th floor is a swimsuit area, couples and friends can spend it together.
01 · Sauna
Finnish sauna at 80–100°C
Steam falls regularly, raising the humidity and the felt heat. The official site suggests staying 5–10 minutes.
02 · Panoramic sauna
A sauna facing the sea and Mt Fuji
A gentle 40–50°C sauna looking out over Mt Fuji and the Pacific. Suggested stay: 30 minutes.

03 · Cooling down
Ice room and cool bath
The 10–15°C ice room cools you with fresh snow and cold air. There is also a deep cold-water cool bath.

04 · Pool and terrace
Infinity pool and Fuji Terrace
A warm infinity pool designed to melt into the horizon, and jet baths facing the Pacific.
From the terrace you can also see Mt Fuji.

05 · Hot spring
The 3rd-floor hot-spring baths
Separate natural hot-spring baths for men and women, indoor and outdoor. Hotel guests use them at no extra charge.

What is a tepidarium?
A low-temperature room that warms you with gentle radiant heat from the benches and walls.
The tepidarium at S.WAVE is about 35°C, with natural aroma and rippling light for quiet rest.
